Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Returns are not accepted at Concept Blue but we work to ensure a perfect fit and satisfaction as we have high-quality control standards and our fabrics are checked at every step. The first time a customer orders any product there is a chance that the fit would not be 100% perfect, in that case, we offer free alterations, but costs of return will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon

We understand your urge and eagerness towards receiving the product. So we at Concept Blue, use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you in the quickest time. For all the purchases at Concept Blue, the order will be delivered at your doorstep free of cost. All the items delivered to you will be provided with an invoice mentioning the product prices including tax and discounts.

Shipping Date of the product is mentioned on every product.

For ready to ship products: our shipping time is 3-8 working days once the order is placed.

For pre-order / made to order products: Shipping time is 10 to 30 working days once the order is placed.

Price Policy

Prices for products are described on our website. All prices are in Indian rupees. Prices, products, and Services may change at our company's discretion. All charges will be notified to you before the transaction is concluded.

All products are built to order. Delivery time will vary from product to product and cannot be guaranteed. An indicative time period is approximately 15 days including shipping time. Shipping delays due to courier companies cannot be controlled by Concept Blue. If a fabric chosen by you is found to be sold out post-purchase, we will offer you similar options. If the options are not suitable, a refund will be provided for the garment in question (unless clubbed with a promotional offer).

To the fullest extent provided by law, in no case shall Concept Blue, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers or licensors, or those of shopify and its affiliates, be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the services or any products procured using the services, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the services or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the services or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the services, even if advised of their possibility.
